Avoid Fatty Food For Losing Weight

Diet advocates often suggest women to get away their diet roller coasters since losing weight cannot ensure happiness. Lisa Jone, diet counselor and weight loss expert, also remarks that women are now arriving at menopause in the early 40s, which could cause weight gain. “The ideal way of losing weight is to scratch out all fatty foods, have three equilibrized meals and thereby keep high metabolism throughout the day,” she opines.  Diet counsellors believe that ‘eating problems among women in the 40s and above could also be owing to remarriage, illness, divorce or quick signallings of aging.’ Self-worth falls and many women start feeling that the only method they can ever find happy is by good weight loss techniques.

According to Kamini Patari, an image consultant, “Many elder women now want to put on the same type of clothes their daughters-in-law or daughters are having, for which they believe they have to rely on methods for losing weight. And in spite of the fact that inordinate dieting frequently leads to sickness, they are unflurried. Some elder women do so by reason of the fears that kick in as they get older. They believe that they might miss their spouses to more youthful women or as they want to appear as good as somebody else. The pressing is increase by the day.” I see that above 60 % of women over 45 years plus are willing to follow any weight loss program to get leaner, disregarding of whether it is desirable to their body type or not.
